DOSPACE Office interior terms and conditions
USAGE & DELIVERY
Interior units may differ between sites and will be delivered “as is”. If the interior is used for anything not considered normal usage and damaged the leasing party may be fined in proportion to the damage made. Normal usage is considered usage within the office in a way that supports the users business.
TERMINATION BY RENTER
At the end of the minimum renting period, the renter may at any time terminate this contract by notifying the sitemanager in written form, otherwise this contract will continue in force on a three month to three month basis. The termination period is three months.
TERMINATION BY DOSPACE
This agreement shall at the option of DOSPACE and without notice terminate upon the failure of renter to make every rental payment required herein on or before the date due, or by breach by the renter of any agreement, condition or representation, or if the renter files any debtor's rights action including bankruptcy, wage earner, etc. or if the furniture is removed from the address of the renter shown above. Renter agrees to allow the owner to take immediate possession of its property, and renter shall remain liable for all payments here under to the date of termination.
DELIVERY AND RETURN
Fees and other terms regarding delivery and return of office interior will be stated in the addendum of this contract.
